Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Due to the custom nature of our business, personalized items such as custom emblems, embroidered patches, or digitized artwork are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized emblems, patches, hats, or artwork (embroidery digitizing/vector art)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable design files or software
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items returned with visible signs of use
- Opened software, CDs, or media files
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank. Processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, please reach out via our Contact Page and we’ll guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
