Order Processing

All custom orders are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed and design approval is received, processing begins.

  • Standard processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Large or bulk orders: May take longer depending on quantity and complexity
  • Digitizing or vector design services: Usually delivered within 24–72 hours

Please note: Order processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Methods

We ship using reputable courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local partners), depending on your location and order type.

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (after production)
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (additional charges may apply)

Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or weather disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status through the courier’s tracking page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes based on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately via the Contact Page and we will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if eligible.
